GlucoseGuard is a personal diabetes-management notification program operated by Michael McHenry. By signing the GlucoseGuard enrollment form and providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive recurring automated informational text messages from GlucoseGuard. Messages consist of reminders derived from your continuous glucose monitor and insulin pump data, such as a likely missed meal bolus, sustained elevated glucose, low insulin supply, or a gap in sensor data. The program sends no marketing or promotional content.
GlucoseGuard messages are informational reminders only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and GlucoseGuard is not a medical device, monitoring service, or emergency alert system. Always follow the guidance of your healthcare providers and the instructions for your prescribed devices, and do not rely on this program to detect or respond to urgent medical conditions.
Message frequency varies depending on glucose activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile service plan.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel; you will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help at any time, or contact customer care at mchenry2@rossumtech.com.
Enrollment is limited to individuals 18 or older who have signed the GlucoseGuard written consent form. Consent to receive messages is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving any other product or service. Enrollment consent applies only to this program and is not transferable.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Participation in this program is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how enrollment information and health data are collected, used, and protected. Mobile information and opt-in consent are not shared with third parties.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted at this page. Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance.
